1. Color

“BROOKLYN MUSEUM = Color Scheme”

Art brought us this expression.

The world view of POP art that the founder loved
The reason behind the idea of ``a product that feels like you're holding a piece of art''.
The essence is hidden in the stitching.

When you experience art with all five senses, you feel the excitement, surprise, and feeling of discovering a new self.
The moment when "1+1=infinity".

It teaches us that we were “born to be moved.”

2. Ultimate sustainability

Leather is the ultimate in sustainability.

Meat is an integral part of cultures around the world.
Leather as a secondary industrial product.
Making leather without throwing away the skin is recycling.

Towards a richer culture without waste.

The Leather Working Group (LWG), an organization that meets high standards for environmental and social compliance and examines the impact on environmental protection and local conservation activities using international standards, has been established, and now luxury brands are the first to receive certification as a global standard.

The leather we select is purchased only from tanners who are seriously committed to protecting the environment, both domestically and internationally, including the first tanner in Japan to receive LWG certification.

Even if it is the latest,
Even if it is famous,
Not even the price,

“Do you want to age gracefully?”

Just looking for that.

Creates unwavering luster and depth

From parent to child and beyond.
We aim to create a society where “sustainable culture” is passed down to more generations.

3. “Edge polishing” thinking about the future

An essential part of BROOKLYN MUSEUM's products.
It is a technique called "cut edge polishing".

A technique that involves bonding the front leather and back leather together and polishing each part one by one.

Out of the hundreds of processes for each item, edge polishing accounts for 40% of the process. This is a process that takes about half of your time.

Add dye, polish, dry, then add dye and polish.

A single wallet cannot be completed without going through a daunting process.

In addition to being time-consuming and labor-intensive, fabric cannot be used as a substitute; it must be finished entirely with leather, and the cost is extremely high. For this reason, this method is not suitable for mass production and has not been adopted worldwide.

However, this method is "repair economics" that will save the future.

Creating products that are not disposable.

Because we think about the future,
Take the time to do it properly.

This is world-class craftsmanship.
