I've been using a persimmon-shibu-dyed wallet for about 10 years, and it wasn't damaged yet, but I bought this indigo-dyed one to change my mood. The surface feels a little softer than persimmon juice or French scarf wallets. It's called velvet, and it has a strange and comfortable texture. What's most wonderful is the indigo color.
