Ninnaji Temple, with a history of over 1200 years, has overcome numerous wars and fires, and its history of reconstruction symbolizes an indomitable spirit. At the same time, due to imperial family members serving as head priests, court culture took root, exuding noble and elegant grace. A collaboration between the traditional and historic Ninnaji Temple, which symbolizes the "strength" and "softness" that are also the Japanese spirit, and BROOKLYN MUSEUM has been realized.

Under the theme of "Touch the History - With the Flow of Time," the lineup of six types combines BROOKLYN MUSEUM's leather products, which deepen in value over time, with Ninnaji Temple's over 1200 years of history and tradition. We will release "Omamori" (amulets) and "Goshuin" (seal) covers, which symbolize the elegant and gentle "Yamato-gokoro" (Japanese spirit) that Japanese people have cherished since ancient times, as well as sacoches and offering cases perfect for temple visits.
